1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship our products to all locations within India. International shipping is not available at this time but may be offered in the future.
Delivery Zones
- Zone 1: Major cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad)
- Zone 2: State capitals and tier-2 cities
- Zone 3: Tier-3 cities and towns
- Zone 4: Rural and remote areas
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Standard Shipping
Delivery Time:
- Zone 1 to Zone 3: 5-6 business days
- Zone 4: 6-10 business days
Shipping Cost:
- Orders above ₹500: FREE
- Orders below ₹500: ₹99
We are not currently offering Express Shipping due to logistical constraints.
Note: Express Shipping is temporarily unavailable.
Express Shipping (Select Cities Only)
Delivery Time:
- Zone 1: 1-2 business days
- Zone 2: 2-3 business days
- Zone 3: 3-4 business days
- Zone 4: Not available
Shipping Cost:
- All orders: ₹199
3. Order Processing
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Order Cutoff: Orders placed before 4:00 PM IST on business days will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Important Processing Notes
- Custom Packaged Orders may require additional 2-3 days for preparation
- Bulk orders (4+ items) may require additional processing time
- During festival seasons, processing may take 1-2 additional days
4. Packaging & Handling
Special Care for Essential Oils
- All essential oils are packaged in amber glass bottles to protect from UV light
- Bottles are securely wrapped with bubble wrap to prevent breakage
- Fragile items may receive extra protective packaging
5. Order Tracking
Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details and a tracking number.
Track Your Order: You can track your shipment using:
- The tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email
- Your account dashboard on our website
- Our courier partner's website or app
Note: Tracking information may take 6-12 hours to appear in the system after dispatch.
6. Delivery Information
Delivery Attempt
- Our courier partner will attempt delivery 2-3 times
- A delivery notification will be sent before each attempt
- Someone must be available to receive the package
- Valid ID may be required for high-value orders
Failed Delivery
If delivery attempts fail:
- Package will be held at the local courier facility for 7 days
- You can arrange for pickup or schedule a new delivery
- After 7 days, the package will be returned to us
- Return shipping charges may apply for reshipment
7. Special Shipping Conditions
Weather-Related Delays
During extreme weather conditions (monsoons, storms, etc.), deliveries may be delayed for safety reasons. We will keep you informed of any significant delays.
Festival Season
During major Indian festivals (Diwali, Holi, Eid, etc.), shipping may experience delays of 1-3 additional days due to increased volume and courier service limitations.
Remote Area Delivery
Some remote locations may require additional delivery time and charges. We will contact you if your location falls under this category.
8. Shipping Restrictions
Due to the nature of our products, certain restrictions apply:
- P.O. Box addresses are not accepted
- Some courier services may not deliver to certain PIN codes
- Military and government installations may require special clearance
- Airport and seaport deliveries are not available
9. Damaged or Lost Packages
Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please:
- Take photos of the damaged package and products
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- We will arrange for replacement or refund
Lost Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but not received:
- Check with neighbors and building security
- Contact us within 48 hours
- We will investigate with our courier partner
- Replacement or refund will be provided if confirmed lost
