We do not excercise product returns, however check the replacement policy given below:

❌ Not Eligible for Replacement

  • Opened or used products (for hygiene and safety reasons)
  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • Custom blends or personalized products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Products beyond the replacement window
  • Change of mind

3. Replacement Timeline

Damaged Products

Timeline: 48 hours from delivery

Must report immediately with photos for fastest resolution through email or WhatsApp

Important: All return requests must be initiated within the specified timeline. Late requests may not be honored except in exceptional circumstances.
