Cancellation Policy 

Cancellation before shipment:

If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team on ask@ayoohnaturals.com or call us on 9068344488 (Monday to Saturday, 10AM to 6PM)

In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within  3-4 business days after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.

Returns, Replacements and Refunds

How do I return an item purchased?

We do not excercise product returns, however check the replacement policy given below.

How do I replace an item purchased?

Replacement will only happen if you recieve a damaged product and share neccessary details with us through email or forums, we will replace your item within 3-4 bussiness days of us recieveing the request.

For how long will I be eligible for refund?

We refund only in case of order cancellation before shipment but in that case too you need to request/issue refund using the below mentioned methods within specified time

1. Phone

  • Step 1: Call us at 9068344488 (Monday to Saturday, 10AM to 6PM) within 10-12 bussiness hours of order placement and share the asked information on call.

  • Step 2:  Once your request is received, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 1 - 2 bussiness days. We will initiate the refund only if the products are not dispatched from the warehouse.

2. Email

  • Step 1: Share an email to our Customer support team at ask@ayoohnaturals.com within 12 business hours of placing the order.

  • Step 2: Once your request is received, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 1 - 2 bussiness days. We will initiate the refund only if the products are not dispatched from the warehouse.

Note: The requests of refund or cancellation need to be done within 10 - 12 bussiness hours for full refund on the amount paid. If the request is done after 12 bussiness hours of order placement, we will refund the amount after deducting a small percentage of the amount paid. The percentage will be shared with you when you make the request using any of the above methods. 

What if I used discount vouchers or smile points during time of payment and I have to cancel my order?

Discount vouchers are intended for one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if you cancel the order.


If you had redeemed smile points for an order, the same will be credited back to your account in the case of a cancellation.

How will I get refunded for the cancelled orders and how long will this process take?

In case of cancellation before shipment, we process the refund within 3-4 business days after receiving the cancellation request.

  • For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking ,the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 1 - 2 bussiness days of us receiving the request. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

  • For refund that is requested after the specified time we will try to process the payment to the same account from which the payment was done otherwise the payment will be processed to the account details of which you shared with us during request.
